As I pulled in, I was immediately greeted by a calm and friendly attendant named James. His professionalism shone through as he helped me with the fueling process, which was smooth and straightforward. In fact, this time round, I noticed they were faster than my last visit, where I felt a bit rushed. James didn’t just stop at fueling; he went above and beyond by offering to check my tire pressure and clean my windscreen without me even having to ask. What a refreshing touch!
The gas quality I received was excellent, which was very reassuring. It's essential to have reliable fuel for my vehicle, and Lexo Autogas definitely delivered. The overall service at this station was good, and I appreciated that the attendants seemed genuinely focused on customer satisfaction.
After gassing up, I couldn't help but glance around and notice the clean environment, which added to the excellent experience. Moreover, I overheard another customer expressing a desire for Lexo to open more branches, particularly on Thika Road. It’s apparent that the community values this service station.
